Former heavyweight world champion Oliver McCall (56-11, 37KO) will step back in the ring for the first time since defeating Damian Wills last year. The "Atomic Bull" got the call to replace Francois Botha who was set to face undefeated heavyweight Franceso Pianeta (25-0, 14KO). McCall quickly stepped in for Botha who had to pull out of the match due to a hand injury. The fight will take place at the Brandenburg Halle in Frankfurt, Germany this Wednesday May 16th. McCall who as of late has been making it his business to upset opponents looks to do the same thing in this fight as he will be the underdog once again. McCall should give this young heavyweight a very good test as he does pose some danger even at this age. I for one would not be surprised if McCall is able to pull off the win.
